The Final 3D Shoot of the Lincoln Park Archers 2022 Season was held today and was a complete success. We had 98 shooters of all skill levels come through our venue and it was enjoyed by all. We would like to give a special shout-out to the LPA Administration and Membership that once again far exceeded the work to put on a shoot that no other club in the area can compete with. The Lincoln Park Archers 2022 July 3D Archery shoot was held today and proved to be a great success! It was reported to be one of the most successful mid season shoots held in recent times for the organization. There were lots of new and returning faces that we were happy to see. What an amazing day today at the Lincoln Park Archers 2022 June 3D Archery Shoot. Many new and returning faces enjoyed beautiful weather and our 30+ targets spread out over 2 courses. Not to forget the novelty shots at the floating ping pong ball and the distance shot across the pond at the Moose. Although it was considerably warm, a great time was had by all that attended. What an amazing day at the Lincoln Park Archers Traditional Archery Shoot. Many new and returning faces enjoyed beautiful weather and our 2 30+ target courses. Not to forget the novelty shots at the floating ping pong ball, the distant shot at the caribou, and the Trad Bow and String Seminars. A great time was had by all that attended. The participants all wore their League Participant Tee Shirts and looked great. The smaller groups allowed the children to get more of a one on one instruction. The last night is always fun for the kids as they are challenged to practice their learned skills, and zero in on shooting balloons. In addition they enjoyed pizza and a cold drink to celebrate the completion of the session. LPA President Ken Book and Treasurer Bob Calabro presented each of the shooters with their Participation Certificates. Thanks go out to all LPA Range Instructors and Volunteer Members in assisting in the sessions over the past 4 weeks. The attendees all had a great time and did a wonderful job! We hope to see them in future sessions at the Lincoln Park Archers Range. They are the future of the sport and should be commended for their efforts. 2022 Kids Archery League.

Sitting back today catching my breath, and reflecting on last night’s event, I can’t stop smiling about the success and wonderful time everyone had. From start to finish the night was perfect! Lots of the laughter from last night carried over to conversations this morning laughing just as hard! The beefsteak was endless and thanks to the Legion for providing that. Thank you to all especially my wife Barbara and son RJ “Omaha” for helping to make it an outstanding evening. Special shout-out to my friend Jeff Norris for adding that special comedy touch needed by many..Jeff you hit the nail on the head “Laughter is the best medicine”. Sharing some scenes from the event does not do it justice but will give you an idea. Thank you…. Hope to see you all next year!
